•  What is your software/registration policy? — Our registration policy allows you to run our software on a single Palm device for each registration that you purchase. We do not allow transferring codes to another person or another device. As with any computer software, the license that you purchase is for one copy of the software on one computer (or Palm in this case).

•  What is your upgrade policy? — All customers are entitled to FREE upgrades to all future releases of the products they purchase.

•  I've not received the registration code/answer to my question! — Probably we can't send an e-mail to you because of some problems in the World Wide Web. Please provide us with another e-mail address.

“3X Mosaic” and “2 in 1 Picture Puzzle”

•  How much are the additional puzzle packs? — After you purchase the game (for $14.95) you can download FOR FREE and use ALL puzzle pack represented on our site and many others, which will be added later.

•  How can I delete the puzzle packs from Palm? — Please tap on "Pack Management" menu item. In appeared window choose "Delete" from "Action" list and then tap on needless puzzle pack (version 1.4 or above is required).

•  Where should I put the puzzle files on my SD card so that the program can find them? — You can place puzzle packs into "/PALM/Launcher/" or "/PALM/Programs/3GX/" (version 1.3 and later) folder. If you uncheck "Scan /PALM/Launcher/ folder" option game will start faster.

•  I have only one puzzle in pack! — You should solve puzzles one by one. Next puzzle isn't available until previous isn't solved. But you can turn ON "All puzzles in pack" option and solve puzzles in any order.

•  How can I start a new game (change puzzle) before I finished the existing one?

  1) Find "Menu" icon on your Palm (see picture), tap it. The menu will appear.

  2) Tap on "New game" menu item (see picture). The "New Game" dialog will appear.

  3) Tap on "Pack" drop-down list (see picture) and choose appropriate puzzle pack.

  Note: If you see "Registration" menu item on step 1), it means the game still not registered! Please read "Readme.txt" file which you downloaded with game.

•  It is too hard to solve the jigsaw puzzle. — 1. You can use easier difficulty (“New game” — “Difficulty” — “Easy”). 2. Try to use “Timer/Status”, “Preview” and “Test” menu items. 3. Tap on Preview picture to see the whole picture. 4. Try to play with another shape of cells (“3X Mosaic”).

•  I have bought “2 in 1 Picture Puzzle”. Can I use puzzle packs marked “Mosaic”? — Yes, certainly. You can use the same puzzle packs for both games. Turn On “Use pictures from another games” checkbox in the “Options” dialog and enjoy.

•  How to close some puzzle packs with password? — Use “Security” application for setting up the password. After that, hidden packs will not be viewed until the password will not be given.
